Note:  Phonography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any Mt Web Hosting and  server.  This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere.  This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to Mt Web Hosting and Networking Services servers or any other server on the Internet.  Links to such materials are prohibited.  This also includes, but not limited to pirated software, hacker programs/archives, and Warez sites.  Mt Web Hosting  will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.

Unlimited Web Site Traffic Program:
We are pleased to offer our Selected Commercial Hosting Clients with unlimited web site traffic!  To maintain the integrity of our system he following limitations apply.  The following sites do not qualify for our unlimited traffic policy:
                                              Sites with more than one main page
                                              Sites hosting multiple directories with unrelated 
                                              information.
                                              Multiple hosts residing at an IP address or 
                                              Domanin name.                                 
                                              Sites with banners, graphics, or cgi's running  
                                              their domain being used  on other domain 
                                              Sites offering download archives such as .zip, .tar,                                                ra and .gz
                                              Sites using more than 20% of system resources.

If you DO NOT qualify for unlimited traffic, your site will go unmonitored until you reach 8000mb per month, then normal data transfer costs of only $25.00 per 1000mb will be apply. The Mt Web Hosting will notify the user ahead of time before any extra charges are applied.

Chat Rooms and IRC:
We do not allow our clients to install their own chat rooms.  This tends to hinder system resources and is not offered as an account option.  We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without degrading the performance of the system for others.  Furthermore, we currently DO NOT allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Background running programs:
Mt Web Hosting  does NOT allow programs to run continually in the background.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, the sending of unsolicited email or post, for ANY server is STRICTLY prohibited. Mt Web Hosting will be sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the provision.

Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any Wolf Creek Solution server or customer of Mt Web Hosting is strictly prohibited.

Mt Web Hosting  cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss.  We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Wolf Creek Solution's Web hosting  are resold.  Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by AgriUSA Design and Mt Web Hostign are not directly owned or written by Mt Web Hosting  holds no responsibility for the use of our client's accounts.  If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated.  We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any Mt Web Hosting sees fit.
